How to claim your discounted Palace entry ticket:

Hampton Court Palace tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Palace ticket office on presentation of your Festival tickets valid for the same day. The offer is not applicable on any other day.

The offer is valid for entry from 12pm onwards until 5.30pm. From 5.30pm you will be able to access the East Front gardens where you will have access to food and drink vendors before the start of the estival.

Please note that Grand Hall closes at 4pm on those days, so make sure you plan to visit this majestic room early on your visit. The Palace car park closes at 5.30pm. If you are planning to travel by car, you will need to move your car to the Festival car park

• Offer available in line with Hampton Court Palace opening days, Wednesday-Sunday. The offer applies for entry to Hampton Court Palace from 12pm onwards
• The offer must be claimed in person on the day at the Hampton Court Palace ticket office and is not available online.
• One discounted ticket available per one Music Festival ticket. Proof of Music Festival ticket and ID will be required
• The Hampton Court Palace visit must be on the same day as the Music Festival ticket, and is not applicable for any other day
• Offer applies to adult and child tickets only; discount is not available on other ticket prices
